Rotary Duplex Systems (Mini Piling)
Minipiles may be constructed using these casings in conjunction with either Drill Rods or augers. See our Drill Rods page for details of the range available. For Duplex drilling in rock, the length of the drill rod and drill casing should be exact, any variations can cause problems with distance of rock bit at face of cutting.
Rock bits of the size nearest to the ID of the casing should be selected with substitute length to allow cuttings to be returned between rod and casing for discharge at Duplex Head. Rock Bit Adapter adapts rock bit to drill rod. Correct length is critical to ensure distance of rock bit from casing for optimum drilling cutting returns.
